Pet Policy

Our property uses PetScreening.com for all residents to complete during the application process. Limit 2 pets per household. RAM Partners has a "No Aggresive Breeds" policy due to insurance liability. Dog breeds, and any mixes of 50% or higher, such as Akitas, Alaskan Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Chow, Pit Bill (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corso. 

Pet Rent: $25 Per Pet
Pet Fee: $300 for 1 Pet / $400 for 2 Pets
